The Military Police Complaints Commission of Canada (MPCC) physical office remains closed to visitors until further notice.
However, our office continues to be operational during normal working hours from 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.

Kindly note that our office is a scent-free environment. We would, therefore, kindly ask that you refrain from wearing any scented products while attending our office (e.g., hair spray, scented body lotion, perfume, cologne, and after-shave lotion).
This measure is in place to respect those who have scent sensitivities in the workplace.

Looking to drop off a complaint
You can drop off your complaint at the reception desk window in an envelope with your return name and address. Ensure you have addressed the envelope to the MPCC Registry. Please note, due to the COVID‑19 pandemic, there will be delays in the processing mail by the MPCC.
